time-lapse movie of KaBOOM! playground build

I'm a huge fan of the folks at KaBOOM! and their mission to create a place to play within walking distance of every child. I've participated in a couple playground builds myself (one in Pahrump, Nev. and the other in San Jose, Calif.).

Colleagues of mine participated in a recent build at the McKinley School in San Francisco, and it was captured on time-lapse so you, too can see the magic that is a KaBOOM! playground coming to life:

WOW, really cool video. And a really neat playground. Kudos to all who volunteered. We can always use more playgrounds!

Anne sent us a story a while back about her involvement in getting a new playground built in her hometown -- it was a real "aha moment" when she realized how much the project meant to her AND the kids. I thought you and your readers might enjoy it.
