- 10:43 finally finished the workout. 3/4mi swim and 7mi run. Didn't feel good at all. Crap
- 12:18 wetsuit cleaned. running clothes in the washer. I'm showered and sipping coffee. now to figure out why the wheels fell off in my workout.
